Refund Eligibility

• To be eligible for a refund, you must request a refund within 15 days of the purchase date.

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Your item must be in the original packaging.

• Refunds will not be issued for items that show signs of use or damage caused by the client.

 

Refund Exclusions

• If the item is found to be damaged or broken from the client's site, no refund will be issued.

• Clients must follow the guidelines provided for the products. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in damage to the product, for which no refund will be issued.

 

Refund Process

1. Visit the Neology Technologies website and navigate to the refund request form.

2. Complete the refund request form, providing details such as your order number, contact information, and reason for the refund.

3. Submit the refund request form.

4. Upon receiving your refund request, Neology Technologies will notify the designated agent.

5. The agent will guide you through the process of applying for a refund via your email address.

6. Follow the agent's instructions to complete the refund application from your email account.

7. Once your refund application is submitted, our customer service team will review it and process the refund accordingly.

8. If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any deductions for damaged or used items.

9. If we denied your refund application, your agent will inform you the reason of denied the refund.
